摘  要:采用溶剂萃取—化学沉淀组合工艺对湿法磷酸进行精制时,萃取剂的成本占直接成本的20%~30%。采用正交试验系统研究了萃取剂磷酸三丁酯的水解性能,考察关键因素的重要性顺序,并进行了单因素试验,探索最优工艺条件,供湿法磷酸精制生产的企业参考。When wet-process phosphoric acid is purified by solvent extraction-chemical precipitation process,the cost of the extractant accounts for 20%~30%of the direct cost.The hydrolysis performance of the extractant tributyl phosphate is studied by a test of orthogonal design,the order of importance of key factors is examined,and a test of completely randomized design is conducted to explore the optimal process conditions for reference by enterprises engaged in wet phosphoric acid purification operation.
