摘  要:消除磷石膏中杂质组分对硫酸钙分解过程的不利影响,尽可能减少惰性组分或非晶相矿相的形成,是实现磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥工艺大规模产业化推广的关键。试验以湿法磷酸副产二水磷石膏经过硫酸酸解转晶后制备的无水磷石膏为原料,研究了磷石膏萃取法脱硅工艺的不同试验条件,根据试验结果,萃取剂的最佳配方为磷酸三丁酯+磺化煤油,净化石膏中的SiO_(2)、F、P_(2)O_(5)等杂质组分脱除明显,石膏白度为88.5,且水化24 h小时未见明显转晶现象。Eliminating the adverse effects of impurities in phosphogypsum on the decomposition process of calcium sulfate and minimizing the formation of inert components or amorphous mineral phases are vital to promoting the large-scale commercial production of sulfuric acid and cement clinker by-product from phosphogypsum.The test uses anhydrous phosphogypsum produced by sulfuric acid decomposition and crystal phase transition of dihydrate phosphogypsum,a by-product of wet phosphoric acid production,as raw material,and studies different test conditions of the phosphogypsum extraction method desiliconization process.According to the test results,the best formula of the extractant is tributyl phosphate+sulfonated kerosene,and the impurities such as SiO_(2),F,and P_(2)O_(5) in the purified gypsum are significantly removed.The whiteness of the gypsum is 88.5,and no obvious crystallization phenomenon is observed after hydration for 24 hours.
