摘　　要：橡胶衬里设备具有良好的耐腐蚀、耐磨蚀及耐高温性能,在磷酸装置中具有不可替代的作用。其制造工序的质量控制是保证设备整体质量的关键环节,直接决定着磷酸装置能否长周期、高效运转。阐述了钢制真空衬胶设备的设计、材料复验、施工管理及检验控制要点,总结了橡胶衬里施工过程中的注意事项。Rubber-lined equipment offers excellent corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance,and plays an irreplaceable role in phosphoric acid plants.The quality control of its manufacturing process is vital to ensure the overall quality of the equipment,which directly determines whether the phosphoric acid plant can operate for a long period of time and efficiently.The design,material re-inspection,construction management and inspection control highlights of steel vacuum rubber-lined equipment are presented,and the precautions in the construction process of rubber lining are proposed.
