摘 要:【目的】通过热成像技术提高110 kV电力设备的安装质量,以保障电网稳定性和安全性。热成像技术通过红外摄像设备捕捉设备表面的热辐射,无接触地监测和分析设备温度分布,实时识别因安装不当或设备缺陷引起的异常热点,预防潜在的设备故障。【方法】首先,确定监测的具体范围和关键监测点,制定详细的监测方案。其次,通过红外摄像设备收集电力设备在不同运行状态下的热图像,并用专业软件进行数据分析,识别出异常热点。【结果】在实验过程中,通过热成像技术成功识别出多个因安装不当引起的异常热点,证明该热成像监测方案在电力设备的识别、诊断和预警中具有一定的应用价值。【结论】热成像技术在110 kV电力设备的安装质量监测中表现出高效、准确的性能,可为电力系统的维护提供科学依据和技术支持。[Purposes]This study aims to improve the installation quality monitoring of 110kV power equipment through thermal imaging technology,so as to ensure the stable operation and safety of the power grid.Thermal imaging technology captures the thermal radiation on the surface of the equipment through infrared camera equipment,and monitors and analyzes the temperature distribution of the equip⁃ment without contact,aiming to identify abnormal hot spots caused by improper installation or equipment defects in real time,so as to prevent potential equipment failure.[Methods]First,the specific monitoring scope and key monitoring points were determined,and a detailed monitoring scheme was developed.Sub⁃sequently,the thermal image of the power equipment under different operating states is collected through the infrared camera equipment,and the data analysis is conducted with professional software to identify the abnormal hot spots.[Findings]In the experiment,several hot spot anomalies caused by improper in⁃stallation were successfully identified by thermal imaging technology,and then the application value of this technology in the early warning and diagnosis of electric power equipment was verified.[Conclu⁃sions]Thermal imaging technology shows high efficiency and accurate performance in the installation quality monitoring of 110kV power equipment,which can provide scientific basis and technical support for the maintenance of power system.
