低碳数字经济促进经济高质量发展的机制及效应分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨低碳数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响效应。【方法】选取2011—2020年30个省份的数据,从数字基础设施、数字创新、资源环境及市场环境等4个维度将低碳经济和数字经济有机结合,形成低碳数字经济,并通过直接效应、间接效应与空间溢出效应,探讨低碳数字经济与经济高质量发展的关系。【结果】低碳数字经济能显著促进经济高质量发展。机制分析表明,低碳数字经济能通过提升持续绿色创新水平赋能经济高质量发展;进一步分析表明,低碳数字经济对经济高质量发展的作用存在空间溢出效应。【结论】要积极推动、协调各地区低碳数字经济发展,以持续绿色创新为抓手,推进经济高质量发展。[Purposes]To explore the influence effects of low-carbon digital economy on the high-quality development of economy.[Methods]Data from 30 provinces(2011-2020)are selected,organically com⁃bine low-carbon economy and digital economy from four dimensions of digital infrastructure,digital inno⁃vation,resource environment and market environment to form a low-carbon digital economy,and explore the relationship between low-carbon digital economy and high-quality economic development through direct effect,indirect effect and spatial spillover effect.[Findings]The results indicate that low-carbon digital economy can significantly promote high-quality economic development.Mechanism analysis re⁃veal that low-carbon digital economy can empower high-quality economic development by enhancing the level of sustainable green innovation;furthermore analysis shows that there is a spatial spillover ef⁃fect of the role of low-carbon digital economy on high-quality economic development.[Conclusions]It is necessary to actively promote and coordinate the development of low-carbon digital economy in vari⁃ous regions,and to promote high-quality economic development by taking sustainable green innovation as the key.
