摘　　要：【目的】通过分析洛阳市技术市场发展现状,提出促进洛阳市技术市场发展的建议。【方法】深入分析洛阳市技术市场体系建设现状与技术交易总体特征,探讨洛阳市在全省及全国同类城市中的竞争优势和差距。【结果】洛阳市技术市场发展存在规模相对较小、高质量科技成果供给不足、科技成果对接承接力弱及技术市场服务体系有待健全等问题。【结论】针对当前存在的问题,从加强高质量科技成果源头供给、优化技术市场服务支撑体系、提升技术市场管理服务水平及增强科技成果本地产业承接能力等方面提出了切实可行的建议。[Purposes]Through analyzing the current situation of technology market development in Luoy⁃ang,this paper proposes practical countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of technology market in Luoyang.[Methods]The current situation of the construction of the technology mar⁃ket system and the overall characteristics of technology transactions in Luoyang are analyzed,and the competitive advantages and gaps of Luoyang compared with similar cities in the province and the country are analyzed.[Findings]Through the study of the current situation,the study reveals the development of the technology market in Luoyang has some problems,such as a relatively small scale,insufficient sup⁃ply of high-quality scientific and technological achievements,weak docking and undertaking ability of scientific and technological achievements,and the need to improve the technology market service sys⁃tem.[Conclusions]To address these issues in development,this paper puts forward practical suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the source supply of high-quality scientific and technological achieve⁃ments,optimizing the service support system of the technology market,improving the management ser⁃vice level of the technology market,and enhancing the ability of the local industry to undertake scientific and technological achievements.
