消防法治在消防体系建设中的功能研究

摘　　要：强化消防体系的法治建设对推动消防管理现代化与保护人民生命财产安全具有重要意义。当前消防法治体系建设中存在问题,如法治不完善、执法力度不够等。在此基础上提出相应的应用措施,包括分析消防制度应用功能、开展消防执法专业培训、推进消防法治监督工作和引进现代网络信息技术、强化社会消防责任落实等,以提高消防工作的法治化、专业化和信息化水平,从而更有效地保障人民生命财产安全。Strengthening the legal governance of the fire protection system is of great significance for promoting the modernization of fire management and safeguarding the lives and property of the people.Currently,there are issues in the construction of the legal governance system for fire protection,such as incomplete legal frameworks and insufficient enforcement.Based on this,corresponding application measures are proposed,including analyzing the functional application of fire protection systems,conducting professional training for fire law enforcement,advancing the supervision of legal governance in fire protection,introducing modern network information technology,and strengthening the implementation of social fire protection responsibilities.These measures aim to enhance the legalization,specialization,and informatization of fire protection work,thereby more effectively ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property.
