摘　　要：针对某整车制造基地新下线车辆泊车过程中出现怠速及行车时发动机抖动现象,检查发动机,拆卸火花塞发现火花塞存在“发黑”现象,测试火花塞绝缘阻值下降明显,更换火花塞后故障排除。通过对发动机的喷油及点火相位的调整验证,发动机使用车辆边界影响因素及燃油品质评估。最后通过“三现”泊车工况模拟并检测火花塞残余绝缘阻值影响,锁定失效根源,标准化新下线车辆泊车工况进行问题规避。For the phenomenon of idling and running engine jitter during parking of new offline vehicles in a vehicle manufacturing base,When checking the engine,it is found that the spark plug is blackened.The fault is eliminated after replacing the spark plug.Through the verification of the adjustment of the fuel injection and ignition phase of the engine,the influence of the vehicle boundary used by the engine and the evaluation of the fuel quality.Finally,through the"three present"parking condition simulation and testing the impact of residual insulation resistance of spark plugs,the root cause of failure is locked,and the new car parking condition is standardized to avoid problems.
