摘 要:针对某国产SUV车型加速时,由于进气系统噪声引起车内噪音较大的问题,本文应用声学仿真软件与CFD流体仿真分析软件相结合的方法,建立空滤器总成有限元模型,计算空滤总成的消声量和进气口噪声。通过改进空滤总成进气管直径、增加1/4波长管、调整谐振腔位置,增大谐振腔容积等方法,优化空滤总成,降低进气喉口噪声。仿真和测试结果表明,优化改进后的空滤总成能使进气系统总噪声降低到法规规定标准以下,同时也使得车内噪声降低了3~4 dB,改进效果良好。In order to solve the problem of excessive noise in the cabin of a certain domestic SUV automobile during acceleration due to the intake system noise,this paper uses a combination of acoustic simulation software and CFD fluid simulation analysis software to establish a finite element model of the air filter assembly.The attenuation of the air filter assembly and the noise at the intake port are calculated.By improving the diameter of the intake pipe of the air filter assembly,adding a 1/4 wavelength tube,adjusting the position of the resonance chamber,and increasing the volume of the resonance chamber,the air filter assembly is optimized to reduce the noise at the intake throat.The simulation and test results show that the optimized and improved air filter assembly can reduce the total noise of the intake system to below the regulation standard,and also reduces the cabin noise by 3~4 decibels.The improvement effect is good.
