摘 要:基于有效缺口应力法,对设备安装支架进行疲劳评估,分析单面角焊和双面角焊两种接头形式的应力分布状态,对比其疲劳性能。首先,基于IIW标准中有效缺口应力法对焊缝有限元建模的要求,完成建模;其次,根据TB/T 3550.1-2019标准确定疲劳载荷工况,进行有限元计算;最后,采用有效缺口应力法对两种接头形式焊缝的焊趾与焊根进行了疲劳评估。结果表明:焊缝采用单面角焊和双面角焊两种接头形式均能满足标准对疲劳强度的要求;焊缝熔深为0时,焊根处的有效缺口应力大于焊趾处,焊缝的失效形式为焊根失效;双面角焊焊缝焊根处的累积损伤远远小于单面角焊焊缝焊根处的累积损伤,双面角焊焊缝的应力分布状态优于单面角焊接头的焊缝。Based on the effective notch stress method,the fatigue assessment of the Equipment Mounting Bracket is carried out,the stress distribution of the types of welding joint forms(single-sided fillet welding and the double-sided welding)are analyzed,and their fatigue properties are compared.First,complete the finite element modeling according to the requirements of effective notch stress method in IIW;Secondly,the fatigue load condition is determined according to the TB/T 3550.1-2019 and the fem is carried out;Finally,the effective notch stress method is used to evaluate the fatigue of the weld toe and root of two types of joints.The results show that both single-side fillet welding and double-sided fillet welding can meet the requirements;When the weld penetration is 0,the effective notch stress at the weld root is greater than that at the toe,and the fatigue form of the weld is root failure.The cumulative damage at the root of double-sided fillet welding is far less the that at the single-sided fillet welding,and the stress distribution of double-sided fillet weld is better than that of single-sided fillet welding.
