摘  要:针对共轴直升机传动系统中复合轮系构型设计的核心问题,提出了一种基于图论的设计方法。首先,通过归纳现有资料,明确了图论模型的三要素,构建了一种分层的图论模型。其次,建立了复合轮系邻接矩阵的生成方法,并实现了向图论模型的转化。进而,在拓扑反演图论模型的基础上,采用SQP算法(序列二次规划算法)对齿轮参数进行了优化设计。最后,通过实例分析验证了该方法的合理性与有效性。Addressing the core issue of configuration design for compound gear trains in coaxial helicopter transmission systems,this paper presents a design method based on graph theory.Firstly,by summarizing existing literature,we clarify the three essential elements of the graph theory model and construct a hierarchical model accordingly.Secondly,we establish a method for generating adjacency matrices of compound gear trains and implement their transformation into the graph theory model.Furthermore,based on the topological inversion of the graph theory model,we employ the SQP algorithm(Sequential Quadratic Programming)to optimize the design of gear parameters.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of this method are verified through case studies.
