摘 要:抗蛇行油压减振器安装在车体底架与转向架构架之间,对抑制动车组的蛇行运动起到了重要作用。它的结构、性能等会对行车安全产生影响。本文首先使用Amesim软件建立油压减振器的仿真模型,通过稳态及动态两种分析方法,得到它的性能参数仿真结果;然后通过油压减振器实验平台得到它的性能参数;最后实验结果和仿真结果做对比,得出:拉力的相对误差是7.33%、压力的相对误差是3.14%和行程的相对误差是12%,油压减振器的性能参数的误差值均在工程误差之内,验证了模型有一定的实效性,可以为油压减振器的设计研究提供一定的帮助。The anti snake hydraulic shock absorber is installed between the vehicle chassis and the bogie frame,playing an important role in suppressing the snake motion of the high-speed train.Its structure,performance,etc.will have an impact on driving safety.This article first uses Amesim software to establish a simulation model of the hydraulic shock absorber,and obtains its performance parameter simulation results through steady-state and dynamic analysis methods;Then obtain its performance parameters through the hydraulic shock absorber experimental platform;Finally,the experimental results were compared with the simulation results,and it was found that the relative error of tension was 7.33%,the relative error of pressure was 3.14%,and the relative error of stroke was 12%.The error values of the performance parameters of the hydraulic shock absorber were all within the engineering error range,verifying the effectiveness of the model and providing some help for the design and research of hydraulic shock absorbers.
