摘  要:发动机水泵漏水是冷却系统中的常见质量问题。本文通过对发动机水泵关键密封件水封性能的研究,找到导致水泵漏水的关键影响因子。确认泄漏原因为水封运转高温导致的冷却液气化后杂质残留的问题,并提出解决该问题的方法,通过降低水封比压,降低水封接触面的运行温度,解决冷却液气化问题。解决发动机水泵漏水问题,提升发动机密封可靠性。Engine water pump leakage is a common quality problem in cooling systems.This article investigates the water seal performance of key seals in engine water pumps and identifies the key influencing factors that cause water pump leakage.Confirm that the cause of the leakage is the residual impurities in the coolant after vaporization caused by high temperature operation of the water seal,and propose a solution to this problem by reducing the specific pressure of the water seal and lowering the operating temperature of the water seal contact surface to solve the problem of coolant vaporization.Solve the problem of engine water pump leakage and improve the reliability of engine sealing.
