摘 要:轨道车辆的空气弹簧在列车运行稳定性、舒适性以及安全性方面起着至关重要的作用。本文通过试验方法研究了附加气室连接管路长度对轨道车辆空气弹簧动态特性的影响。具体试验内容包括分析不同管路长度下空气弹簧的刚度、阻尼及固有频率的变化。试验结果表明,空气弹簧管路的引入将使得空气弹簧系统具有2个共振频率;随着连接管路长度的增加,空气弹簧系统的刚度下降、阻尼特性增强,且固有频率显著降低。研究结果为轨道车辆空气悬挂系统的优化设计提供了试验数据支撑和理论依据。The air spring of rail vehicles plays a vital role in the stability,comfort and safety of train operation.In this paper,the effect of the length of the auxiliary air reservoir connecting pipeline on the dynamic characteristics of the air spring of rail vehicles is studied experimentally.The specific test contents include the analysis of the stiffness,damping and natural frequency of the air spring under different pipe lengths.The test results show that the air spring system has two resonant frequencies when the air spring pipe is introduced.With the increase of the length of the connecting pipe,the stiffness of the air spring system decreases,the damping characteristics increase,and the natural frequency decreases significantly.The research results provide experimental data support and theoretical basis for the optimal design of rail vehicle air suspension system.
