摘  要:RS422通信在诸多领域有着重要应用,但偶尔面临通信故障风险。循环冗余校验是一种高效的错误检测技术。针对某航空发动机地面试车台电气控制系统和电子控制器之间的RS422通信,研究并提出了一种通信故障自复位策略,即根据循环冗余校验对通信数据进行实时监测,一旦诊断出通信故障,便自动触发复位操作。通过试验验证了该策略的可行性,确保了通信数据的完整性和准确性。RS422 communication has important applications in many fields,but occasionally faces the risk of communication failures.Cyclic Redundancy Check(CRC)is an efficient error detection technique.For the RS422 communication between the electrical control system and the engine electronic controller of an aero-engine ground test bench,a strategy of communication fault auto-reset is researched and proposed.This strategy involves real-time monitoring of communication data based on CRC.Once a communication failure is diagnosed,it automatically triggers a reset operation.Experiments have verified the feasibility of this strategy,ensuring the integrity and accuracy of communication data.
