摘 要:随着汽车电子技术的发展,车辆控制单元与传感器数目不断增多,汽车故障种类也不断增多。汽车玻璃升降系统升级到开关向控制单元发送控制信号控制玻璃升降电机的电控模式,使玻璃升降控制更加智能,控制功能更加丰富,但是系统的复杂度增大,导致维修工作开展难度增大。通过对大众迈腾汽车玻璃升降系统故障的诊断分析研究,阐述系统控制原理,对维修人员的检修工作具有借鉴意义。With the development of automotive electronic technology,the number of vehicle control units and sensors is constantly increasing,and the types of automotive faults are also constantly increasing.The automobile glass lifting system is upgraded to an electronic control mode in which the switch sends control signals to the control unit to control the glass lifting motor,making glass lifting control more intelligent and control functions more abundant.However,the complexity of the system increases,making maintenance work more difficult.Through the diagnostic analysis and research of the faults of the Volkswagen Magotan automobile glass lifting system,this paper expounds the system control principle,which has reference significance for the maintenance work of maintenance personnel.
