某型飞机发动机防火系统典型故障案例分析

摘　　要：Cessna525型飞机安装有发动机防火系统,维修人员在实际飞机维修过程中发现发动机火警功能测试存在异常现象。维修人员经过仔细研究飞机线路和实际模拟火警信号验证,发现了线路缺陷,消除了一起航空器设计制造原因导致的测试异常故障,同时完成了制造厂家给出的火警系统线路强制改装工作,消除了飞机隐藏的适航缺陷问题。The Cessna525 aircraft is equipped with engine fire protection system,maintenance personnel in the actual aircraft maintenance process found engine fire function test abnormal phenomenon。After careful study of aircraft wiring and actual simulation fire signal verification,maintenance personnel found the wiring defects,eliminate the aircraft design manufacturing test abnormal fault,at the same time,completed the manufacturer gives the fire system wiring modification work,eliminate the aircraft hidden airworthness defects.
