摘  要:本研究旨在探讨机械设计在提高内燃机效能方面的关键技术。通过计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟和实验验证相结合的方法,对活塞、气门、燃烧室等关键部件进行优化设计。结果表明,优化后的活塞顶部结构可提高燃烧效率3.5%,改进的气门timing可减少排放11%,新型燃烧室设计可提升热效率2.8%。研究结论为:机械设计创新对内燃机性能提升具有显著作用,为未来内燃机高效清洁发展提供了技术支撑。This study aims to explore key technologies in mechanical design for improving the efficiency of internal combustion engines.Through a combination of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation and experimental validation,optimization designs were conducted on critical components such as pistons,valves,and combustion chambers.Results show that the optimized piston top structure can increase combustion efficiency by 3.5%,improved valve timing can reduce emissions by 11%,and a new combustion chamber design can enhance thermal efficiency by 2.8%.The study concludes that innovations in mechanical design have a significant impact on improving internal combustion engine performance,providing technical support for the future development of high-efficiency and clean internal combustion engines.
