摘 要:为了研究甬金铁路双层高集装箱车辆运行安全性,构建了X2K平车下的双层高集装箱车辆动力学模型,仿真计算了该车辆在以40~120 km/h速度通过甬金铁路最小半径为2800 m曲线时的动力学性能,计算得到的脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力、横向平稳性各指标随速度的变化趋势与甬金铁路线路试验结果基本一致,试验记录的各指标散点值基本都在仿真计算的包络线之内,表明所建模型具有较高的仿真精度。应用车辆动力学模型与气动模型,分析了甬金铁路双层高集装箱车辆在横风作用下的运行安全性,结果表明:双层高集装箱空箱车的轴重低,其抗击外部横向力的能力较弱,相比重车,其在横风作用下的脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力均更容易达到安全限值。横风作用下,双层高集装箱无论是空箱车还是重车,均是轮重减载率最先超过安全限值,根据仿真计算结果,在40~120 km/h运行速度范围内,甬金铁路双层高集装箱重车可以在环境风速20 m/s范围内安全运行,空箱车可以在环境风速15 m/s范围内安全运行。In order to study the operational safety of X2K flat car-based double-deck high container vehicles on the Yinjin railway,a dynamic model of the vehicle was established,and its dynamic performance was simulated at speeds ranging from 40 to 120 km/h when passing a minimum radius of 2800 m curve on the Yinjin railway.The trends of derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,wheel axle lateral force,and lateral stability indicators obtained from the simulation calculations were basically consistent with the test results of the Yinjin railway line,and the scatter points of the test data were basically within the envelope of the simulation calculation results,indicating that the model has a high simulation accuracy.Using the vehicle dynamic model and aerodynamic model,the operational safety of the double-deck high container vehicle on the Yinjin railway under crosswind was analyzed.The results show that the double-deck high container empty box car has a low axle load and its ability to resist external lateral forces is weak.Compared with the loaded box car,its derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,and wheel axle lateral force are more likely to reach the safety limit in the action of crosswind.Under the action of crosswind,the double-deck high container vehicle,whether it is an empty box car or a loaded box car,the wheel load reduction rate is the first to exceed the safety limit.According to the simulation calculation results,the double-deck high container loaded box car on the Yinjin railway can run safely within the environmental wind speed range of 20 m/s at speeds ranging from 40 to 120 km/h,and the empty box car can run safely within the environmental wind speed range of 15 m/s.
