摘 要:综合分析了30名健康女性受试者使用香氛沐浴露前后的脑电波变化和主观反馈,评估其情绪改善效果。结果显示,使用沐浴露后,受试者α频带和θ频带活性显著增加,尤其是在枕顶叶区域和额区,这表明受试者的大脑处于更高水平的稳定和放松,同时在主观评价维度,平静、松弛、安宁、镇定等主观感受均有显著提升。本研究可为香氛产品的情绪改善功能性评价提供一些思路。A comprehensive analysis was conducted on 30 healthy female participants for their brain wave changes and subjective feedback before and after using scented body washes to evaluate the effect of these fragrance products on mood improvement.The results showed that both the alpha and theta band activities of the participants increased significantly after using body washes,especially in the occipito-parietal and frontal area,indicating that their brains were at a higher level of stability and relaxation.Meanwhile,in terms of subjective evaluation,the participants’subjective feelings such as calmness,relaxation,tranquility,and calmness were significantly enhanced.This study would shed light on the mood-improving functionality of fragrance products.
