摘 要:为了深入探究海拔高度对红山茶花(Camellia chekiangoleosa)多酚类成分及其抗皮肤老化功效的具体影响,系统比较了产自浙江省松阳县高海拔(900~950 m)与低海拔(300~350 m)区域的红山茶花中多酚类成分的含量差异及其抗皮肤老化的效果。结果显示,无论是高海拔还是低海拔的红山茶花,均富含包括没食子酸、儿茶素、原花青素B2、原花青素B3、表儿茶素、金丝桃苷、原儿茶酸、异槲皮素等12种关键多酚类成分。值得注意的是,高海拔红山茶花中这12种多酚类化合物的总量是低海拔样品的7倍,尤其是没食子酸、儿茶素、原花青素B2、原花青素B3、表儿茶素及金丝桃苷等成分的含量显著高于低海拔样品。在抗皮肤老化功效方面,高海拔红山茶花展现出更加卓越的紧致与修护性能,显著优于低海拔样品。结果表明,高海拔的红山茶花在抗皮肤老化功效方面有更好的利用价值。To elucidate the disparities in polyphenolic component profiles and their anti-skin aging efficacy between Camellia chekiangoleosa flower grown at high and low altitudes,a comparative analysis was conducted on the content of polyphenolic constituents and their anti-aging effects of Camellia chekiangoleosa flowers from Songyang County,Zhejiang Province,at both high(900~950)m and low(300~350)m altitudes.The key findings are as follows:both high-and low-altitude Camellia chekiangoleosa flower were abundant in 12 key polyphenolic compounds,including gallic acid,catechins,proanthocyanidin B2,proanthocyanidin B3,epicatechin,chrysin,protocatechuic acid,isoquercetin.Notably,the total concentration of these 12 polyphenolic compounds in the high-altitude samples is 7 times than that of the low altitude sample;In terms of the anti-skin aging efficacy,Camellia chekiangoleosa flower at high altitude exhibits superior firming and repairing properties,which are significantly better than that at low altitude.Upon a comprehensive examination of their polyphenolic compound content and associated anti-aging effects,it becomes evident that Camellia chekiangoleosa flower cultivated at high altitude possesses a superior utilization value in the anti-skin aging applications.
