摘　　要：综述了皮肤屏障的组成(物理屏障、化学屏障、微生物屏障、免疫屏障等),介绍了化妆品屏障修护功效检测的评价方法,包括人体功效评价、离体皮肤组织功效评价、体外重组皮肤模型评价、2D细胞模型评价,并根据现有的法规规范和文献研究,从应用范围、检测模型诱导、评价指标(或生物标记物)和检测手段等方面对各评价方法进行了分析。The review summarized the composition of the skin barrier(physical barrier,chemical barrier,microbial barrier,immune barrier,etc.)and introduced methods for evaluating the repair efficacy of cosmetics on the skin barrier.These methods include human efficacy evaluation,ex vivo skin tissue evaluation,in vitro reconstructed skin model evaluation,and 2D cell model evaluation.Based on existing regulatory guidelines and literature studies,an analysis of each evaluation method was conducted from the perspectives of application scope,test model induction,evaluation indicators(or biomarkers),and detection techniques.
