摘　　要：我国口腔医疗的深入发展已进入口腔全科医疗与口腔专科医疗并重阶段,实行口腔专科医师制度是口腔医疗高质量发展的关键环节。培养与建设口腔专科医师队伍,在实现口腔全科医疗基础上的口腔专科医疗高质量发展模式将是我国口腔医学发展的方向。口腔专科医师是具有丰富的口腔临床经验和专门技能,能够解决口腔医疗复杂疑难问题的临床专家,是口腔医疗专业队伍的重要组成部分。本文根据作者参加国家相关专科医师队伍建设和专科医师培训基地建设的经历和临床实践,结合国内国际口腔专科医师发展研究,在确定口腔专科医师概念定义的基础上,对口腔专科医师作了初步分类。将其分类为口腔专科专业类、口腔专病类与口腔专技类三大类,对其各自的诊疗特点和相互关系做了初步探讨,特别强调公立或民营各类口腔医疗机构建立口腔专科医师制度,实行高质量口腔专科诊疗是我国口腔医学的下一个发展方向,对全面提高我国口腔医疗水平和全民口腔健康有重要的作用。The in-depth development of China's dental healthcare has entered a phase emphasizing both quantity and quality,while undergoing a paradigm shift that balances general dental practice with specialized care.The implementation of a dental specialist system constitutes a crucial component for advancing high-quality dental healthcare.Cultivating and developing a professional cohort of dental specialists,thereby achieving specialized healthcare excellence based on comprehensive general dental practice,represents the future direction of China's stomatological development.Dental specialists,as clinical experts with extensive clinical experience and specialized skills in addressing complex dental problems,form an essential component of the professional dental workforce.Drawing from the author's participation in national specialist team development and specialist training base construction,combined with clinical practice and comparative analysis of domestic and international dental specialist systems,this study proposes a preliminary classification framework for dental specialists.Three distinct categories are identified:(1)Discipline-specific specialties,(2)Disease-specific specialties,and(3)Technique-specific specialties,with initial exploration of their respective diagnostic characteristics and interrelationships.The paper emphasizes the imperative of establishing standardized dental specialist systems across various public and private dental institutions to implement highquality specialized care.This institutional development represents a crucial research direction for Chinese stomatology,playing an irreplaceable role in comprehensively elevating national dental healthcare standards and improving population-wide oral health.The proposed framework warrants further investigation as it holds significant implications for optimizing China's dental specialist training mechanisms and healthcare delivery models.
