集束化护理在预防内镜下胃肠道息肉高频电切术后患者低血糖的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析集束化护理在预防内镜下胃肠道息肉高频电切术后患者低血糖的应用效果。方法选取2023年5月至2023年10月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院行内镜下胃肠道息肉高频电切术的178例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各89例,分析两组术后低血糖的发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后低血糖发生率为3.4%,明显低于对照组术后低血糖发生率23.6%,且护理满意度为93.2%,高于对照组护理满意度76.4%,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可降低内镜下胃肠道息肉高频电切术后低血糖的发生率,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application eff ect of bundle nursing in preventing hypoglycemia in pa-tients undergoing high-frequency electrocautery of gastrointestinal polyps under endoscopy.Method A total of 178 patients who underwent endoscopic high-frequency resection of gastrointestinal polyps at Tongji Hospital affi liated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from May 2023 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 89 patients in each group.The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia and nursing satisfaction were analyzed in both groups using a random number table method.Result The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia in the observation group was 3.4%,signifi cantly lower than the 23.6%incidence in the control group.The nursing satisfaction rate was 93.2%,higher than the 76.4%satisfaction rate in the control group,and the diff erences were signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia after high-frequency resection of gastrointestinal polyps under endoscopy and improve patients’nursing satisfaction.
