基于加速康复外科理念下的手术室护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析基于加速康复外科理念下的手术室护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月于镇江三五九医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者42例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各21例。对照组采用手术室常规护理,观察组采用基于加速康复外科理念下的手术室护理。对比两组生命体征、手术指标、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果术前,两组患者的心率、收缩压及舒张压无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后,观察组患者的心率高于对照组,收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间、清醒时间、下床活动时间、排气时间、首次进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组,且并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项护理评分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施基于加速康复外科理念下的手术室护理,有助于稳定患者生命体征,改善手术指标,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the application value of operating room nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method 42 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Zhenjiang 359 Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were se-lected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 21 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,while the obser-vation group received operating room nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Compare the vital signs,surgical indicators,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Result Before surgery,there was no signifi cant diff erence in heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After surgery,the heart rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group,with signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter surgical time,wakefulness time,mobilization time,exhaust time,fi rst meal time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group,and the to-tal incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).The nursing scores of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing operating room nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can help stabilize patients’vital signs,improve surgical indicators,and reduce complications.
