摘 要:以多胞方管为研究对象,采用验证后的有限元模型,研究了多胞方管横截面形状演化对结构吸能的影响。研究结果表明,相同质量条件下,能量吸收最好的k=0.25的多胞方管比吸能最差的k=0.40的多胞方管提高了26.34%。相同壁厚下,k=0.25的多胞方管能量吸收和比能量吸收相比吸能效果最差的k=0的多胞方管分别提高了311.69%和73.80%,冲击力效率提升了52.51%。最后,系统地开展了形状系数和壁厚对结构耐撞性的参数化研究,研究成果能为多胞方管的创新设计提供参考。Taking multicellular square tubes as the research object,the influence of the evolution of cross section shape on the energy absorption of the structure of multicellular square tubes was studied by using the verified finite element model.The results show that,under the same mass conditions,the multicellular tubes with the best energy absorption k=0.25 increased by 26.34%compared with those with the worst energy absorption k=0.40.Under the same wall thickness,the energy absorption with k=0.25 and the specific energy absorption of the multicellular tubes were 311.69%and 73.80%higher respectively than that of the ones with k=0,and the crushing force efficiency was increased by 52.51%.Finally,the parametric study of shape coefficient and wall thickness on the structural crashworthiness was carried out systematically.The research results can provide a reference for innovative design of multicellular square tubes.
