摘 要:建立了一种UHPLC-MS/MS分析方法,能同时测定水培蔬菜中12种植物生长调节剂残留。采用QuEChERS技术对样品中目标物进行提取净化,用MRM模式监测,基质曲线外标法进行定量。在优化条件下,12种植物生长调节剂(玉米素、赤霉酸、吲哚-3-乙酸、6-苄基腺嘌呤、α-萘乙酸、对氯苯氧乙酸、吲哚-3-丁酸、2-萘氧乙酸、2,4-D、氯吡脲、吲熟酯、赤霉烯酮)在相应的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.995以上,样品加标回收率在68.4%~110.5%之间,RSD均小于10.3%(n=6),并成功应用于豆芽、黄瓜、生菜等163批实际样品中植物生长调节剂残留的检测。以上结果表明本方法可用于水培蔬菜中植物生长调节剂残留的定性和定量分析。A UHPLC-MS/MS analysis method was established for simultaneous determination of the 12 kinds of plant growth regulators(PGRs)residues in hydroponic vegetables.The QuEChERS technique was used for extracting and purifying the target substances from the samples,with MRM monitoring mode,and the quantification was carried out using a matrix-matched working curve external standard method.Under the optimized conditions,good linearity was achieved for the the 12 kinds of PGRs in the linear range,including Zeatin,Gibberellic acid,Indoleacetic Acid,6-Benzylaminopurine,1-Naphthalene acetic acid,4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid,Indole-3-butyric Acid,2-Naphthoxyacetic acid,2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,Forchlorfenuron,Ethychlozate,Zearalenone,and the linear correlation coefficients were all more than 0.995,with recovery ranging from 68.4%to 110.5%with the RSD below 10.3%(n=6).The method was successfully applied to the detection of plant growth regulator residues in 163 batches of hydroponic vegetable samples,such as bean sprouts,cucumbers and lettuces.The above results showed that the method can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant growth regulators residues in hydroponic vegetables.
