摘  要:为了研究气氧/煤油同轴离心式喷嘴的燃烧特性,进行了不同缩进长度和氧喷嘴长度喷嘴的单喷嘴燃烧实验,实验中氧化剂为氧气,从中心喷注,燃料为煤油,从离心喷嘴喷注。实验结果表明:当煤油或氧气喷注压降较低时,燃烧室内会产生低频压力振荡。该振荡是由燃烧中间过程所诱发,燃烧室压力脉动与供应系统的流体压力脉动耦合所形成的,通过提高喷注压降可以抑制该低频振荡;缩进长度的变化会对喷嘴的振荡特性产生重要影响,在缩进比0.32~1.07范围内,存在中间某值使得燃烧较不稳定;氧喷嘴长度的变化对喷嘴的低频振荡无明显影响。To explore the combustion characteristics of oxygen/kerosene swirl coaxial injectors,the combustion experiments were carried out with injectors of different recess lengths and oxygen injector lengths.In the experiment,the single-coaxial swirl injectors have been used to inject liquid kerosene and GO x.The experimental results indicate that when the injection pressure drop of kerosene or GO x is low,the chamber pressure oscillates at a low frequency.The oscillation is induced by the combustion process,and is formed by the coupling of pressure oscillation in the combustion chamber and fluid pressure pulsation in the feed system.By increasing the injection pressure drop,this low-frequency oscillation can be suppressed.The change in indentation length will have a significant impact on the oscillation characteristics of the injector.Within the recess ratio range of 0.32-1.07,there is a certain middle value that makes combustion more unstable.The variation in the length of the oxygen injector has no significant effect on the low-frequency oscillation of the injectors.
