摘 要:高耗能工业负荷作为需求响应的一部分,因其大容量、易控性和良好的通信条件已被应用于电力系统的频率调节。本文提出了一种基于铝冶炼和电加热锅炉高耗能工业负荷的成本效益协调一次频率调节方案,适用于高渗透风电的孤立电力系统。首先,构建了包含这两种工业负荷的电力系统频率调节模型。然后,提出了一种在考虑频率调节成本的情况下的成本效益协调频率调节方案。最后,在孤立电力系统中进行负荷阶跃变化和风电随机变化的案例研究。仿真结果表明,该方案在成本降低和频率调节方面的有效性和优越性。High-energy-consumption industrial loads,as part of demand response,have been applied to power system frequency regulation due to their large capacity,controllability,and good communication conditions.This paper proposes a cost-effective coordinated primary frequency regulation scheme based on high-energy-consumption industrial loads of aluminum smelting and electric heating boilers,suitable for isolated power systems with high wind power penetration.First,a power system frequency regulation model incorporating these two types of industrial loads is established.Then,a cost-effective coordinated frequency regulation scheme considering the cost of frequency regulation is proposed.Finally,case studies of load step changes and random wind power variations are conducted in an isolated power system.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed scheme in reducing costs and improving frequency regulation.
