摘  要:某600 MW超临界W火焰锅炉连续发生垮灰熄火导致机组非停事件,严重影响机组的运行安全可靠性,给电力可靠保供和电网安全运行带来一定安全隐患,同时两个细则也被考核,对电厂安全经济运行造成较大影响。锅炉垮灰熄火主要原因是煤质变化导致飞灰含量及黏性增加、折焰角倾角较小、受热面布置存在回流区、吹灰器布置存在吹灰盲区、低负荷烟气流速低。通过采取优化入炉煤质、增加吹灰频次、进行燃烧优化调整和适当提高运行风量等运行优化措施,可有效减轻折焰角至水平烟道段积灰情况;通过采用吹灰器优化改造、增加扰流风、优化折焰角斜坡倾角和受热面布置等技术改造,可从根本解决折焰角至水平烟道段积灰问题,防止锅炉垮灰熄火非停事件的发生,提高机组运行安全可靠性和经济性。A 600 MW supercritical W flame boiler often breaks down and flameout,which leads to non-shutdown of the unit,seriously affects the operation safety and reliability of the unit,and brings certain im Pact to the safety of the power grid,and is seriously examined by the power grid,seriously affect the unit economy.The main reasons of flameout are the increase of fly ash content and viscosity due to the change of coal quality,the small inclination angle of folding flame,the backflow area of heating surface,the blind area of sootblower,and the low flow rate of flue gas at low load.The operation optimization measures such as optimizing the coal quality,applying for increasing the soot blowing load time from the middle adjustment,carrying out the combustion optimization adjustment and appropriately increasing the operating air volume,etc.,it can effectively reduce the ash accumulation in the section from the folding flame angle to the horizontal flue,by adopting the technical transformation of the sootblower,increasing the disturbing air,optimizing the inclined angle of the folding flame angle and the layout of the heating surface,etc.,the problem of ash accumulation in the section from flaring angle to horizontal flue can be solved,the non-stop event of boiler ash collapse and flameout can be prevented,and the safety,reliability and economy of UNIT operation can be improved.
