摘  要:断路器加装合闸电阻是抑制高电压等级、长距离输电线路空载合闸或单相重合闸等操作过电压的主要措施。合闸电阻的设计、制造及运行对500 kV断路器都会产生重要影响。本文主要针对一起500 kV GIS断路器合闸电阻例行试验数据异常进行了分析,通过对故障断路器合闸电阻进行解体分析,判定出厂时合闸电阻绝缘筒在粘接过程中受粘接剂、表面脏污等因素影响导致绝缘筒劣化脱落的情况。对本案例中出现的合闸电阻异常进行了详细分析,并提出了相对应的防范措施。Installing closing resistors on circuit breakers is a major measure to suppress operating overvoltages during no-load closing or single-phase reclosing operations on high voltage levels and long-distance transmission lines.The design,manufacture,and operation of closing resistors have a significant impact on 500 kV circuit breakers.This paper mainly analyzes an abnormal case of routine test data for the closing resistor of a 500 kV GIS circuit breaker.By disassembling and analyzing the closing resistor of the faulty circuit breaker,it was determined that the deterioration and detachment of the insulating tube during the bonding process at the factory were caused by the bonding agent and surface contamination.A detailed analysis of the abnormal closing resistor in this case was conducted,and corresponding preventive measures were proposed.
