摘  要:在电力系统中,220 kV高压输电线路的有效维护对于确保整个电网的可靠性和稳定性至关重要。针对开展带电更换220 kV输电线路耐张绝缘子串作业时,所需作业用具多、操作复杂、作业难度大、作业人员劳动强度大等诸多问题,本文研发了一套新型的带电更换220 kV绝缘子支架和承力带以及相应的作业方法。支架采用高强度铝合金材料,结构中包括滑轮和轴承连接座,优化了拉力传递和操作稳定性;承力带则使用芳纶材料,不仅具有优良的绝缘性能和机械强度,而且重量轻、便于操作;结合便携式电动升降装置和绞磨,提高作业效率和安全性。这一创新的作业方法和装置的研制,显著提升了带电更换耐张绝缘子的操作便捷性和作业安全,为220 kV输电线路带电更换绝缘子工作提供了一种有效的技术解决方案。In the power system,the effective maintenance of 220 kV high-voltage transmission lines is crucial for ensuring the reliability and stability of the entire electrical grid.This paper addresses the challenges associated with live replacement operations of 220 kV transmission line tension insulators,such as the complexity of operations,the large number of tools required,the high difficulty of the tasks,and the significant physical demands on the workers.A new set of tools and methods for live replacement of 220 kV insulators has been developed.The support bracket,made of high-strength aluminum alloy,includes pulleys and a bearing connector seat,optimizing force transmission and operational stability.The load-bearing strap,made from aramid fiber,not only offers excellent insulation properties and mechanical strength but is also lightweight and easy to handle.Combined with portable electric lifting devices and winches,these innovations improve operational efficiency and safety.The development of this innovative method and apparatus significantly enhances the convenience and safety of live replacement operations for tension insulators,providing an effective technical solution for maintenance work on 220 kV transmission lines.
