摘 要:试验以陕西省柞水县连翘种植基地的6 a生连翘植株为试材,设置对照、有机肥、叶面肥以及3种不同浓度复合肥(50 g/株、100 g/株、150 g/株)共6个处理,于果实成熟期采集样品进行测试分析。结果表明:施肥后连翘果实部分生长指标普遍高于未施肥对照组,但各施肥组间差异不明显;施肥处理后除复合肥(150 g/株,F3)组外,其他组中连翘果实的黄酮类含量均略微下降;施肥处理后连翘果实中的苯乙醇苷类、木脂素类及绿原酸含量普遍高于对照组,且叶面肥(YM)组处理下的苯乙醇苷类和木脂素类含量均为最高、增长效果最显著。综上所述,连翘果实发育前期喷施叶面肥有助于提高药用成分含量,进而提高药材质量。This study explores the effects of different fertilization treatments on the growth and content of medicinal components in fruits of Forsythia suspensa,aiming to provide a reference for the scientific cultivation and fertilization management of Forsythia suspensa.Six-year-old Forsythia plants grown in Zhashui County,Shaanxi Province,were used as the experimental material.Six treatments were set up:a control(no fertilization),organic fertilizer,foliar fertilizer,and three different concentrations of compound fertilizer(50 g/plant,100 g/plant,150 g/plant).Samples were collected during the fruit maturation period for testing and analysis.After fertilization,the growth indicators of Forsythia fruits were generally improved compared to the control group,although the differences among fertilization treatments were not statistically significant.Fertilization treatments generally increased the contents of phenylethanoid glycosides,lignans,and chlorogenic acid in the fruits,with the highest increases in phenylethanoid glycosides and lignans observed in the foliar fertilizer(YM)group.However,flavonoid content decreased slightly in most fertilization groups,except for the high-concentration compound fertilizer treatment(150 g/plant,F3).The results indicated that spraying foliar fertilizer during the early developmental stage of Forsythia fruit promotes the accumulation of medicinal components,thereby improving medicinal quality.These findings provide valuable insights for the scientific cultivation and fertilization management of Forsythia suspensa.
