摘　　要：纳米膜覆盖法好氧堆肥是针对传统好氧堆肥过程中氨气等恶臭气体排放污染环境以及造成氮损失的问题,以强制曝气静态堆肥为基础的优化型好氧堆肥模式。为研究覆盖纳米膜对畜禽粪便好氧堆肥的过程及理化指标的影响,以鸡粪、玉米秸秆为堆肥材料,采用e-PTFE纳米复合膜为覆盖材料,在有机肥发酵现场进行了静态好氧槽式堆肥试验,试验中对堆体温度、pH值、氧浓度、C/N及GI进行监测。结果表明:纳米膜覆盖能有效促进有机物质的降解和堆肥物料的腐熟,升温迅速,高温持续时间长。与对照相比,膜覆盖堆体≥55℃时间延长了4 d;GI数据显示,膜覆盖处理的堆料达到无害化要求时间提前了5 d。The nano-film-covered aerobic composting method is an optimized composting model based on forced aeration and static aerobic composting,designed to mitigate environmental pollution and nitrogen loss caused by the emission of odorous gases such as ammonia during conventional aerobic composting.To evaluate the effects of nano-film coverage on the composting process and the physicochemical properties of livestock and poultry manure,a static aerobic tank composting experiment was conducted at an organic fertilizer fermentation site.Chicken manure and corn stover served as composting materials,and e-PTFE nano-composite film was used as the covering material.The temperature,pH,oxygen concentration,C/N ratio,and germination index(GI)of the compost were monitored throughout the experiment.The results showed that nano-film coverage significantly enhanced the degradation of organic matter and the maturity of compost materials.It caused a rapid temperature increase and prolonged the high-temperature phase.Compared to the control group,the membrane-covered treatment maintained a temperature of≥55℃ for an additional four days;Furthermore,GI data indicated that the membrane-covered treatment reached the harmlessness threshold five days earlier than the control group.
