摘  要:解淀粉芽孢杆菌在淫羊藿育苗中成效显著,浓度越高,出苗保苗率就越高,生产上建议最大经济剂量为4.5 kg/667 m^(2);解淀粉芽孢杆菌修复土壤能力很强,要将种植过食用菌的土壤和菌棒基质调整到相对干净的水稻土一样的育苗效果,至少施入3.5 kg/667 m^(2)的解淀粉芽孢杆菌;解淀粉芽孢杆菌在成苗期炭疽病的防治中见效虽慢,但持效期长,防效显著,故施肥前移10 d,做好早期预防。Bacillus amyloliquefaciens exhibits significant effectiveness in improving the survival rates of Epimedium seedlings.Higher bacterial concentrations result in increased seedling emergence and protection rates.During experiments,a maximum economic dosage of 4.5 kg per 667 m^(2) was identified as optimal.The bacterium also demonstrated a strong capacity for soil remediation,successfully transforming soils previously used for edible fungi cultivation and substrate materials to a level comparable with clean paddy soil.Experimental results showed that at least 3.5 kg per 667 m^(2) of the bacterium was required to achieve this effect.While the bacterium’s effects on controlling Colletotrichum gloeosporioides during the seedling stage was slower to manifest,its prolonged action and significant disease prevention efficacy were evident.It is advisable to advance fertilizer application by 10 days and prioritize early-stage preventive measures.
