摘　　要：探讨了乡村振兴背景下的农业发展与基层治理创新路径。首先,强调农业发展对农村经济转型、农民增收和生态保护的重要性。其次,分析基层治理在乡村振兴中的作用,指出需加强农村组织建设、促进农民参与和完善公共服务体系。通过现状分析,揭示了农业发展模式单一、基层治理机制不健全、农民参与意识薄弱等问题。最后,提出推动农业科技创新、建立多元化治理机制、加强政策引导等路径,以实现农业高质量发展和乡村全面振兴。This paper explores the pathways for agricultural development and grassroots governance innovation in the context of rural revitalization.First,it emphasizes the importance of agricultural development for rural economic transformation,increasing farmers'income,and ecological protection.Second,it analyzes the role of grassroots governance in rural revitalization,highlighting the need to develop rural organizations,promote farmer participation,and enhance the public service system.Through the analysis the current situation,it reveals issues such as a singular agricultural development model,inadequate grassroots governance mechanisms,and low awareness of farmer participation.Finally,it proposes promoting agricultural technological innovation,establishing diversified governance mechanisms,and strengthening policy guidance to achieve high-quality agricultural development and comprehensive rural revitalization.
