摘　　要：乡村旅游景区规划设计不仅有利于乡村经济发展、生态保护和文化传承,还有利于乡村社会的稳定乃至整个中国社会的稳定。当前,乡村旅游景区规划设计深陷资金、人才、建设、保护等困境。本文基于乡村振兴背景,在分析乡村旅游景区规划设计现实困境的基础上,从拓宽融资渠道、加强人才培养、做好整体规划、注重文化保护等方面提出针对性建议,以期对乡村旅游业发展乃至乡村全面振兴有所助益。The planning and design of rural tourism scenic spots not only contribute to rural economic development,ecological protection,and cultural inheritance,but also enhance the stability of rural society and even the stability of Chinese society as a whole.Currently,the planning and design of rural tourism scenic spots face significant challenges,such as insufficient funding,lack of talent,and difficulties in construction and protection.Based on the context of rural revitalization,this article analyzes the practical difficulties in the planning and design of rural tourism scenic spots,and proposes targeted suggestions in areas such as expanding financing channels,strengthening talent training,conducting comprehensive planning,and emphasizing cultural protection.These efforts are expected to promote the development of the rural tourism industry and advance the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
