摘　　要：围绕乡村振兴战略视域下的生态农业法律保障机制展开研究,探讨了乡村振兴战略的提出与发展及其与生态农业的紧密关系,分析了生态农业法律保障的重要性及其法律规范体系。通过对现行政策的优点和不足进行分析,提出了改进建议,并详细阐述了生态农业的法律监管机制。研究表明,完善的法律保障和监管机制对于推动生态农业的可持续发展和实现乡村振兴战略目标具有重要意义。This study focuses on the legal protection mechanisms for ecological agriculture within the perspective of the rural revitalization strategy.It examines the proposal and development of the rural revitalization strategy and its close relationship with ecological agriculture,highlighting the importance of legal protection and analyzing the structure of the legal framework.Through an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of current policies,the study proposes improvement suggestions and elaborates in detail on the legal regulatory mechanisms for ecological agriculture.The findings demonstrate that comprehensive legal protection and regulatory mechanisms are crucial for promoting the sustainable development of ecological agriculture and achieving the goals of the rural revitalization strategy.
