山水特色视角下总体城市设计的结构强化方法——以东莞中心城区为例

摘　　要：在国土空间规划背景下,总体城市设计在塑造城市风貌特色方面的价值越来越受重视,总体城市设计面临确立风貌特色和统筹格局框架两大任务。为此,提炼出凸显山水特色的总体城市设计结构强化方法,即:依托城市的山水特色塑造空间结构;突出总体城市设计战略性和结构性的职能,强化与提炼“有限的”框架;促进空间结构要素和山水特色资源相结合,探索编行深度融合的行动计划。同时,将该方法引入东莞中心城区实践加以验证。The significance of comprehensive urban design in shaping distinctive landscape features is increasingly acknowledged within the context of territorial spatial planning.Comprehensive urban design confronts two primary challenges:establishing unique landscape features and coordinating the integrated framework.A refined method is developed to enhance the structure of comprehensive urban design,which includes:(1)configuring the spatial structure based on the city's natural features of mountain and water;(2)reinforcing the strategic and structural roles of comprehensive urban design to strengthen and refine a"limited"framework;(3)promoting the integration of spatial structure elements with mountain and water feature resources;(4)exploring action plans for the deep integration of planning and implementation.Furthermore,this method is introduced and validated through practical application in the central district of Dongguan.
