江南水乡城市总体城市设计策略与实践——以浙江省嘉兴市中心城区为例

摘　　要：江南水乡城市因水网纵横的水乡肌理、深厚积淀的历史文化、独具韵味的城市风貌和依水而居的生活方式而著称,但在快速城市化进程中,这些特色正面临淡化的风险。为保留并凸显江南水乡城市的特色,重塑独具魅力的水城意象,围绕未来江南水城这一愿景,从强化特色空间结构、营造历史人文空间、塑造江南水韵城市风貌、打造未来江南水城生活模式等4个方面提出总体城市设计策略,并将这些策略应用于浙江省嘉兴市中心城区总体城市设计实践中,旨在通过水网“塑城”、文化“传城”、魅力“映城”、生活“融城”,共同推动江南水乡城市的持续繁荣与和谐发展,使其继续成为人们心中憧憬的诗意栖居之地。Water towns in southern China are renowned for their intricate water networks,rich historical and cultural heritage,distinctive urban features,and unique water-based lifestyle.However,these characteristics are at risk of disappearing due to rapid urbanization.To preserve the unique attributes of water towns and rejuvenate their charming images,surrounding the vision of the future water town in southern China,overall urban design strategies are proposed,encompassing four key aspects:reinforcing characteristic spatial structures,developing historical and cultural spaces,enhancing water town cityscapes,and creating lifestyle for the future water town.These strategies are implemented in the overall urban design of Jiaxing's central district,aiming to integrate water,culture,charm,and life into the urban fabric,thereby promoting sustainable prosperity and harmonious development,transforming water towns in southern China into idyllic living environments.
