摘  要:在食品药品包装领域,玻璃材料必须具备优良的耐水等级,以确保不会因内壁碱金属溶出量增加而危及人体健康。运用玻璃配方设计与调整系统(GFDA-SYSTEM)拟合算法,探讨碱金属氧化物、碱土金属氧化物及高价金属成分在不同配方调整模式下对玻璃析出氧化钠(Na_(2)O)的影响,玻璃耐水性不仅要降低Na^(+)含量,还要提高阻止Na+扩散的能力,并为配方成分设计提供量化依据。此外,在调整配方实践方面,注重耐水性调试技术引发的关联性问题,树立预防控制闭环系统化和配方调试系统化等全局理念,为调试配方及优化玻璃耐水性能和持续稳定性提供实践指导。In the field of pharmaceutical and food packaging,glass materials must have excellent water resistance to ensure that they do not endanger human health and safety due to increased alkali metal leaching from the inner wall.Using the glass formula design and adjustment system(GFDA-SYSTEM)fitting algorithm,this study investigated the influence of alkali metal oxides,alkaline earth metal oxides,and high-valence metal oxides on the leaching of Na_(2)O from glass across various formulation adjustment ways,providing quantitative evidence for formulation design.Moreover,in the practice of adjusting formulations,attention was paid to the associated problems caused by the water resistance debugging technology.A holistic concept of prevention and control closed-loop systematization and formulation debugging systematization was established,providing practical guidance for debugging formulations and optimizing the water resistance and continuous stability of glass.
