摘 要:以浮法工艺生产的超薄玻璃为研究对象,其化学钢化后的翘曲可能源于气氛面的表面压应力(F_(CS))值×应力层深度(d_(DoL))值大于锡面,针对该问题,采用在玻璃空气面镀膜的方法,降低气氛面在化学强化时的离子交换程度,从而缩小玻璃两侧F_(CS)×d_(DoL)的差值。通过探究不同体系的镀膜液对钢化翘曲的作用效果,发现正硅酸乙脂(TEOS)镀膜体系效果显著。对26.4 cm×19.8 cm×0.7 mm的玻璃样品进行400℃保温4 h的化学强化处理后,其翘曲值平均降低27%,且镀膜后玻璃表观质量满足后续工序要求,为超薄玻璃生产中解决钢化翘曲问题提供了有效途径。Ultra-thin alkali aluminosilicate glass produced by the float process was taken as the research object.Considering that the warping after chemical tempering might be caused by the fact that the surface compressive stress(F CS)multiply by depth of stress layer(d_(DoL))of the atmosphere surface was larger than that of the tin surface,a method of coating on the air surface of the glass was adopted to reduce the ion exchange degree of the atmosphere surface during chemical strengthening and narrow the difference of F_(CS)×d_(DoL)on both sides of the glass.By exploring the effect of different coating solutions on toughened warping,it was found that the tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)coating system had a significant effect.The glass samples of 26.4 cm×19.8 cm×0.7 mm were chemical strengthened at 400℃for 4 hours,and the average warpage value was reduced by 27%.The apparent quality of the coated glass met the subsequent requirements,providing an effective way to reduce the toughened warping problem in ultra-thin glass production.
