摘 要:以气浮式转子静平衡装置为研究对象,开展多种制造误差对静平衡装置静态特性以及涡流力矩的影响规律的研究。研究发现:静平衡装置的涡流力矩随节流孔偏转角度误差增大呈线性增大,但承载力变化较小;节流孔直径误差增大时,涡流力矩值与承载力值均同比线性增大;随着表面圆度偏差值的增大,涡流力矩的增大速率逐渐变大,当表面圆度为正偏差时能增大承载效果,负偏差时则相反;当静平衡装置采用环面节流形式时,考虑表面圆度误差、节流孔偏转角度误差、节流孔直径误差,最大涡流力矩值分别可至5.99×10^(-3)、1.65×10^(-4)、6.42×10^(-5) N·m,因此在实际加工过程中应依次保证静平衡装置的表面圆度误差、节流孔偏转角度误差、节流孔直径误差均满足加工要求;相同误差下锥腔节流结构下的力矩值和变化速率均大于环面节流,因此静平衡装置应避免使用锥腔结构。针对存在表面圆度误差的静平衡装置,采用节流孔独立供气方式,进行力矩补偿,补偿比例可达52.33%,力矩补偿效果显著。Taking the aerostatic static balancing device as the research object,the influence of various manufacturing errors on the static characteristics and vortex torque of the static balancing device was studied.It is found that with the increase of the deflection angle error of the orifice restrictor,the vortex torque of the static balancing device increases linearly,but the bearing capacity changes little.When the diameter error of orifice restrictor increases,the value of vortex torque and bearing capacity increase linearly.With the increase of surface roundness deviation,the increase rate of vortex torque gradually increases.When the surface roundness is positive deviation,the bearing effect can be increased,while the negative deviation is opposite.When the static balancing device adopts inherent compensation form,considering the surface roundness error,the deviation angle error of the orifice restrictor and the diameter error of the orifice restrictor,the maximum eddy current torque value can reach 5.99×10^(-3) N·m,1.65×10^(-4) N·m and 6.42×10^(-5) N·m,respectively.Therefore,the surface roundness error,the deviation angle error of the orifice restrictor and the diameter error of the orifice restrictor of the static balancing device should be ensured to meet the machining requirements in the actual machining process.The torque value and change rate of the tapered chamber throttling structure are greater than that of the inherent compensation structure under the same error,so the tapered chamber throttling structure should be avoided in the static balancing device.The static balancing device with surface roundness error is taken as the research object,and it is found that the vortex torque compensation can reach 52.33%by using the orifice restrictor independent gas supply mode,the torque compensation effect is remarkable.
