摘  要:为满足航空发动机高温、高负荷工况需求,开展4108航空润滑油在M50钢球/M50钢球以及Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷球/M50钢球摩擦副的四球摩擦磨损试验,研究温度、载荷、转速等环境工况对摩擦磨损行为的影响;通过光镜、三维白光干涉仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)对M50钢球进行分析表征,探究4108航空润滑油在不同摩擦副体系的磨损机制行为。结果表明:4108航空润滑油在M50/M50摩擦副体系中的摩擦学性能对于载荷、温度环境因子敏感性较小,而转速直接影响摩擦因数和磨损率,且随转速增大摩擦因数和磨损率呈增大的趋势;4108航空润滑油在Si_(3)N_(4)/M50摩擦副体系中展现良好的润滑性能,高载荷、高温和高转速下条件下M50钢球摩擦因数和磨损率与常温、低载以及低速条件下相差不大。对比分析4108航空润滑油在不同摩擦配副体系中M50球的磨损率可以发现,高温、高转速条件下Si_(3)N_(4)/M50体系中M50球的磨损率明显低于M50/M50体系中M50球的磨损率。To meet the requirements of high temperature and high load conditions of aircraft engines,the friction and wear behavior of 4108 aviation lubricating oil in M50 steel ball/M50 steel ball and Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic ball/M50 steel ball friction pairs was investigated.The effects of environmental conditions such as temperature,load,and speed on friction and wear behavior were examined.The characterization of M50 steel balls was analyzed and characterized optical microscopy,three-dimensional white light interferometry,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)to explore the wear mechanisms of 4108 aviation lubricating oil in different friction pair systems.The results indicate that the tribological performance of 4108 aviation lubricating oil in the M50/M50 friction pair system is less sensitive to load and temperature factors,while rotational speed directly affects the friction coefficient and wear rate,with both increasing as the rotational speed rises.In the Si_(3)N_(4)/M50 friction pair system,4108 aviation lubricating oil demonstrates excellent lubrication performance,with the friction coefficient and wear rate of M50 steel balls under high load,high temperature,and high-speed conditions showing little difference from those under normal temperature,low load,and low-speed conditions.Comparative analysis of the wear rates of M50 balls in different friction pair systems reveals that under high temperature and high speed conditions,the wear rate of M50 balls in the Si_(3)N_(4)/M50 system is significantly lower than that in the M50/M50 system.
