摘 要:为研究多种因素对金属平面截止阀密封性能的影响,自主设计一套密封比压测量装置。该装置可以实现温度、压力、比压等多种参数的调节,且介质种类、阀瓣和阀座可以更换。基于该装置,测量不同条件下泄漏率随密封比压的变化规律。结果表明:在各种情况下,金属平面密封的密封性能均表现出明显的阈值现象;阈值比压前后,泄漏率随比压变化规律呈现显著差异;密封性越好,阈值效应越显著。依据标准给出的最大允许泄漏率确定必须比压,并探讨各种参数对其的影响。结果表明:密封比压随介质压力接近线性变化,但斜率会受到泄漏等级、接触宽度、介质种类、研磨精度和温度的影响;其中温度的影响最弱,而高精度研磨表面的必须比压曲线受各种参数影响均很小。研究结果对金属阀门密封比压选取有较好的指导意义。In order to study the influence of various factors on the sealing performance of metal-to-metal sealing cut-off valves,a set of specific sealing pressure measuring device was designed and built.The device can achieve the adjustment of temperature,pressure,specific pressure and other parameters,and the type of media,valve flap and valve seat can be replaced.Using the aforementioned device,the relationship between leakage rate and seal specific pressure was measured under various conditions.The results show that the sealing performance of the metal-to-metal flat valve shows an obvious threshold phenomenon under different conditions.Before and after the threshold specific pressure,the change rule of leakage rate with specific pressure shows a significant difference.The better the sealing performance,the more significant the threshold effect.The maximum permissible leakage rate given by the standard was used to determine the required specific pressure,and the effects of various parameters on the required specific pressure were explored.The results show that the seal specific pressure varies nearly linearly with media pressure,but the slope is affected by leakage grade,contact width,media type,grinding degree and temperature.The effect of temperature is the weakest,and the specific pressure curve of a high-precision grinding surface is very little affected by various parameters.The results have a good guiding for the selection of specific sealing pressure for metal-to-metal sealing valves.
