摘 要:针对高压管汇在交变载荷和压裂液冲击下的冲蚀问题,建立拉应力作用下的35CrMo钢多颗粒冲蚀模型,采用Johnson-Cook本构模型和失效模型,根据冲蚀坑形貌特征、靶材应力分布和颗粒动能损失,分别分析冲击角度、加载应力及其耦合效应对35CrMo钢冲蚀的影响,并结合冲蚀试验进行验证。结果表明:35CrMo钢在低角度冲击时的冲蚀磨损机制主要为犁削和微切削机制,在正角冲击时为凿坑机制;随着冲击次数的增加,颗粒消耗动能递减;在一定范围内,随着加载应力增大,冲蚀坑的深度和宽度相应增大而前端挤出唇高度有轻微的削减,在高应力作用时这种变化更加明显;管汇在高压条件下受到的冲蚀损伤范围更大,破坏程度更严重。Aiming at the erosion problem of high pressure manifold under alternating load and fracturing fluid impact,the multi-particle erosion model of 35CrMo steel under tensile stress was established.The Johnson-Cook constitutive model and failure model were used to analyze the impact angle,loading stress and their coupling effects on the erosion of 35CrMo steel according to the characteristics of erosion pit morphology,target stress distribution and particle kinetic energy loss,and the results were verified by erosion tests.The results show that the erosion wear mechanism of 35CrMo steel under low angle impact is mainly ploughing and micro-cutting mechanism,and it is chiseling mechanism under positive angle impact.With the increase of impact times,the kinetic energy consumption of particles decreases.In a certain range,with the increase of applied stress,the depth and width of the erosion pit increase and the height of the front extrusion lip decreases slightly,this change is more obvious under high stress.The erosion damage range of the manifold under high pressure is larger and the damage degree is more serious.
