摘 要:等相对曲率齿轮(CRC齿轮)是一种新型非渐开线齿轮,需要通过热弹流润滑分析,对其进行胶合承载能力的评估。基于CRC齿轮啮合原理获取热弹流分析所需参数,采用多重网格法在模拟工况下进行数值分析,并与同参数渐开线齿轮分析结果进行对比。结果表明:由于齿面间的相对曲率半径较大且恒定、卷吸速度较高,等相对曲率齿轮具有更大的油膜厚度,减少了强度校核所需的算例数量。结合CRC齿轮的设计理念开展单因素影响分析,探讨卷吸速度、温度、相对曲率对润滑油膜压力、厚度的影响规律。结果表明:随着卷吸速度的提高,油膜厚度不断增大,油膜压力的最大值无明显变化;随着温度的升高,润滑油黏度下降,油膜厚度也显著下降,但温度对最大油膜压力影响较小;减小相对曲率有助于降低油膜压力,提高油膜厚度,进而改善油膜承载能力。Gear with constant relative curvature(CRC gear)is a new type of non-involute gear,which needs to be evaluated by thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis.Based on the CRC gear meshing principle,the required parameters for thermal elastohydrodynamic analysis were obtained.Numerical analysis was implemented using the multi-grid method under simulated working conditions,and the analysis results were compared with those of involute gears with the same parameters.The results show that due to the high and constant relative curvature radius and entraining speed,CRC gears have a larger oil film thickness,which reduces the number of calculation examples required for strength verification.A single factor impact analysis was conducted based on the design concept of CRC gears to investigate the effects of rotational speed,temperature,and relative curvature on lubricating oil film pressure and thickness.It is found that with the increase of entrainment speed,the oil film thickness increases,and the maximum oil film pressure has no obvious change.With the increase of temperature,the viscosity of lubricating oil decreases and the oil film thickness decreases significantly,but the temperature has little effect on the maximum oil film pressure.Reducing the relative curvature is helpful to reduce the oil film pressure,improve the oil film thickness,and then improve the oil film bearing capacity.
