摘  要:针对油膜水污染下斯特封密封性能难预测的问题,建立油水两相高压斯特封热弹流混合润滑模型,对比分析3种典型液压油不同含水率下密封的行为和性能,探讨参考黏度、黏温系数和黏压系数对密封性能的影响,获得净泄漏量、摩擦功耗与油品黏度3个参数和含水率的多元线性回归模型。结果表明:油品黏度对油水两相密封性能有重要影响,不同品牌液压油含水后其密封性能存在明显差异;在油包水流型下,增大含水率时油水混合物黏度增大,流体动压效应增强,回程液膜空化抑制泄漏,进程反向泵吸控漏减摩,密封性能有效提升;净泄漏量和摩擦功耗与液压油参考黏度、黏温系数和含水率呈显著负相关,可作为油水两相高压斯特封性能设计与预测的理论指导依据。To tackle the challenge of predicting the sealing performance of step seals in the presence of oil film water contamination,a thermoelastohydrodynamic mixed lubrication model of an oil-water two-phase high-pressure step seal was established.The seal′s behaviour and performance in three typical hydraulic oils at various water contents were comparatively analyzed.The investigation examined the effect of reference viscosity,viscosity-temperature coefficient,and viscosity-pressure coefficient of hydraulic oil on the sealing performance.A multiple linear regression model of net leakage,the friction power and oil viscosity with water content was obtained.The study indicates that the viscosity of oil significantly impacts the operation of the oil-water two-phase seal,with distinct variations in performance of different brands of hydraulic oil found after water addition.Under the water-in-oil flow pattern,the viscosity of oil-water mixtures rises as the water content increases,which reinforces the hydrodynamic effect.Following this,the fluid film cavitation restricts leakage during outstroke while fluid is pumped back to control leakage and reduce friction force during instroke,ultimately enhancing the sealing performance.Both net leakage and friction power loss exhibit a significant and negative correlation with the reference viscosity,the viscosity-temperature coefficient and the water content of the hydraulic oil.These correlations can serve as theoretical guidelines for the design and prediction of the performance of oil-water two-phase high-pressure step seals.
