摘 要:为探究涂层表面缺陷对点接触热弹流润滑的影响,建立考虑涂层表面缺陷的时变点接触热弹流润滑(TTEHL)模型,以DLC涂层制备在快速运动表面为例,分析涂层表面存在凸起状和凹槽状2种表面缺陷时几何效应、时变效应、热效应及复合效应下接触区的润滑性能。结果表明:由于几何效应,2种表面缺陷皆引起了局部压力、膜厚及温度场的显著变化;表面缺陷的移动引起了时变效应,出现了油膜增厚及油膜扰动现象;凸起状缺陷因涂层局部增厚使接触区产生更高的温度,在讨论的参数范围内,缺陷深度增加时,压力、膜厚变化加剧,宽度增大时变化趋缓;凹槽状缺陷导致了更高的摩擦因数;复合效应下,2种表面缺陷影响下的整体膜厚皆增大,因为热黏度楔发挥了正效应。A transient thermal elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication(TTEHL)model of point contact considering coating surface defects was established to explore the influence of coating surface defects on point contact TTEHL.Assuming that the fast surface was coated by DLC,the influences of surface defects based on geometric effect,transient effect,thermal effect,and the compound effect on lubrication properties were analyzed.The results show that the two types of surface defects cause significant changes in local pressure,film thickness and temperature field due to geometric effect.The movement of surface defects cause transient effect,therefore the phenomena of oil film thickening and disturbance occur.The ridge-shaped defects generate higher temperature in the contact zone due to local thickening of the coating.Within the parameters discussed,the variations in pressure and film thickness become more obvious with the increase of defect depth,whereas the variations would slow down when the defect width increases.The groove-shaped defects result in higher frictional coefficients.Under the compound effect,the overall film thickness under the influence of two kinds of surface defects increases,because the thermal viscosity wedge plays a positive effect.
