摘 要:对单卡套式管接头进行有限元模拟,开展其密封特性的研究。通过模拟接头装配过程获得接头的密封状态和密封性能的变化规律,研究单卡套的主要结构参数前刃角度、后刃厚度、螺母角度对密封性能的影响。研究结果表明,在装配过程中卡套与接头体和管路的接触高应力区通过4个高应力区向周围扩散,当装配达到最佳状态时,在卡套前端形成“M”形的力补偿区,可为管接头的振动和脉冲等造成的密封松动提供补偿;单卡套的3种主要结构参数中,前刃角度和后刃厚度对密封性能有很大的影响,而螺母角度对密封性能的影响较小;前刃角度影响卡套对接头体和管道的接触变形,前刃角度过小会使得接头体受力过大而被破坏,前刃角度过大会使得管道会被嵌入过多而损坏,而在角度为12°时能够达到最佳密封效果;后刃厚度则会影响管接头密封的稳定性,后刃厚度太小或太大均会导致前刃达不到密封要求,后刃厚度在0.1 mm时密封性能最优。A finite element simulation was conducted on a single ferrule pipeline fittings to study its sealing characteristics.The variation patterns of the sealing state of pipeline fitting and the sealing performance were obtained through simulating the assembly process of the joint.The effects of the main structural parameters of the single ferrule,such as the front edge angle,the rear bevel thickness and the nut angle,on the sealing performance were studied.The results indicate that during the assembly process,the high-stress contact areas between the ferrule,the fitting body,and the tubing diffuse outward through four high-stress zones.When the assembly reaches its optimal state,an"M"-shaped force compensation zone is formed at the front end of the ferrule,which can provide compensation for seal looseness caused by vibration and pulse of pipe joint.Among the three main structural parameters of the single ferrule,the front edge angle and the rear bevel thickness have a great influence on the sealing performance,while the nut angle has little influence on the sealing performance.The front edge angle affects the contact deformation between the ferrule with the fitting body and the pipeline.A small front edge angle will cause the damage of the joint body due to large force,and a large front edge angle will cause the pipe to be embedded too much and damaged.The best sealing effect can be achieved when the front edge angle is 12°.The thickness of the rear bevel influences the stability of the seal.When the rear bevel thickness is too small or too large,the front edge cannot meet the sealing requirements,and a rear bevel thickness of 0.1 mm can achieve the best sealing effect.
